Accessibility Statement

C-Search Clinical Trials Ltd. is committed to making its website accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort and continue to work to improve the accessibility and usability of the site.

What we have done

  • The site uses semantic HTML landmarks (header, navigation, main content, and footer) to support assistive technologies.
  • A "Skip to content" link lets keyboard users move directly to the main content of each page.
  • The main navigation, buttons, links, and contact-form fields can be reached and operated using the keyboard.
  • Images that convey information include alternative text.
  • The site is responsive and adapts to desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.
  • Motion and animation are reduced for visitors whose devices request reduced motion.

Accessibility toolbar

An accessibility toolbar is available on every page, opened from the accessibility icon. It provides the following options:

  • Increase or decrease text size
  • Grayscale
  • High contrast
  • Negative contrast
  • Light background
  • Underline links
  • Readable font
  • Reset all adjustments

Standards

We aim to follow the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. The website has not undergone a formal third-party accessibility audit, and we do not claim that it is fully compliant or certified. We welcome feedback that helps us improve.

Known limitations

During our most recent review we identified the following areas that we are working to improve:

  • Contact-form fields have visible text labels, but the labels are not yet fully associated with their fields programmatically, and form validation messages are currently shown as browser alerts rather than inline text.
  • Visible keyboard focus indicators are present, but could be made stronger on some elements.
  • Most text meets AA colour-contrast requirements; some secondary and accent text at small sizes is still being reviewed.
  • The mobile navigation menu may not fully keep keyboard focus within it while open.
